Searching for our Tuhi mai tuhi atu school!

Today Takutai class searched for our Tuhi mai tuhi atu school in Auckland. We looked on google maps and selected the satellite picture. We noticed that their school is similar to ours, we are both small and it looks like they are near a river. They have a lot more trees than us - we are quite jealous of that! We love to climb and we only have one tree to do this in, we call it Harmony. We are hoping to plant more trees in the future.

  1. Kia ora Takutai, Awesome to hear about your plans to plant more trees. I am sure the children at Parora School in the future will be very thankful. ka mau te wehi!

  3. Hi. We have several trees at our school but we can't climb them because there are 140 of us and the poor trees would die. We have three playgrounds with climbing gear for different ages. Children at our school go from 5 to 12. We have what is called a full primary with years 7 and 8 included. Room 6 here at Ruapotaka enjoy hearing from you.
